Five brave souls brought the paparazzi out in force on Wednesday when the three Saginaw Rotary clubs — Downtown, Valley and Sunrise — celebrated the holidays during a luncheon at The Saginaw Club.
The five were called forth from the attendees to quickly learn to play the ukulele and perform a song along with a master of the instrument. And as they did so, other attendees took pictures like they were celebrities.
Among them were our district governor, a club president, a newly elected judge and a library administrator.
Their instructor was Johnny Hunt, part of a trio named Muzyka! who provided the entertainment during the luncheon.
Muzyka! also performed as guests arrived and served as strolling minstrels as the buffet was served.
The other two members of the trio are Hillary Huebler and Lee Anne Whitman.
All three play a variety of instruments as well as sing.
